Trasporti Rubino, an important company specializing in transport of food liquids, needed to install roller shutter doors which had to be both efficient and elegant. Kopron totally met their expectations with Fast Wall which proved to be exactly what they wanted.

Kopron studied out a solution to shut areas dedicated to washing tankers. Customer needed to optimize the space available, without interfering with transit. They also had to take into account the considerable dimensions of the machinery installed.

Kopron rapid rolling shutters have been specifically designed to fit in any space even the smallest. That is why customer chose these types of doors, the only ones able to meet their needs.

These doors are not only functional, they are also nice to look at: the combination of elements in anthracite and light grey colour give a neat and unique image to the factory.

Kopron industrial roller shutter doors in detail

Kopron Fast Wall doors are an excellent alternative to classic sectional doors. The fast rolling movement, similar to window blinds, allows to save space usually required by traditional industrial doors.

Going into detail, the two Fast Wall doors installed have the following characteristics:

•   Width 4mt
•   Height 4,5mt
•   Insulated, silver colour surface
•   3 window panels in Anthracite colour
•   UP motorization

Insulated roller shutter doors, designed by Kopron, guarantee robustness, safety and functionality.

Besides the two fast roller shutter doors, even a sectional door was installed to shut the side space, with the following characteristics:

•   Width 6,2mt
•   Height 6mt
•   Sliding movement to 90°
•   UP motorization

The sectional door was supplied with a kit of edges and top profiles necessary to fix the door, since there was no lateral support nor a lintel to host the springs.
